Over the past 15+ years, I’ve collaborated with brands like Tribeca Festival, VICE Media, A+E Networks, and Toronto International Film Festival on creative projects that empower diverse communities. Born in China but spent my formative years in the US and Canada, I am passionate about bridging cultural gaps and transcending boundaries.

With a background in content development, marketing, and partnerships, I approach each project with empathy and curiosity about the people it intends to inspire. Leveraging my analytical and problem-solving skills, I’ve built digital and in-person journeys that served communities while aligning with organizational goals.

As a manager, I am motivated by creating an inclusive work environment where people can thrive. Skilled in change management and team development, I build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, I hold an MBA from the University of Toronto, where I was trained in design thinking and foresight methodologies. I’ve also received a BFA in Film from SUNY Purchase College in New York.
